The Great Intelligence

The space within an atom, which is the building block of what we call matter, is about 99% formless space. The remaining parts are neutrons and protons clustered at the center, and electrons that circle like the planets circle our sun. The neutrons, protons and electrons are all spinning vortexes that are electrically charged. Each has what is called subatomic particles. The reason matter appears to be solid is that the spin forms a holographic effect, like the spokes on a bicycle when the wheel is spinning. You cannot put your hand through the spokes when the wheel is spinning. Atoms are always spinning, and they each have a different frequency, so you cannot walk through a wall.

Our entire Universe, which we are all part of, is made up of space, which is formless, and spinning forms. Form expands and contracts from and into the formless. The formless space, which is 99% of existence, seems to have intelligence. Science only knows the effect of this intelligence as it expresses itself in form. Mystics, philosophers and the founders of the great spiritual practices would call this intelligence God.

Therefore, as Christ and others have said, “The Kingdom of God is within you.” The “form” that each of us is floats in, and is cradled by, this formless intelligence. That is why wise beings are always telling us to look within.

“Let Them Eat Cake: “Are We There Yet?

“Let Them Eat Cake: “Are We There Yet? Prior to the French Revolution, Marie Antoinette, upon being informed that the people were suffering, said, “Let them eat cake,” which at the time meant the crusts of bread. It seems to me, that we as a nation are moving dangerously close to this attitude about the suffering of our people. It seems we are focused on everything but relieving this... Read more...

Did You Know Your Thoughts Are Not Real?
Thursday, 17 June 2010
Newsletter: Did You Know Your Thoughts Are Not Real? Your thoughts, beliefs, ideas and other cognitive forms are only an approximation of reality.  Not reality itself.  We have experiences that cause insight into reality, and then we form cognitive frameworks to describe and categorize those experiences.  There is no way that a description of an experience can duplicate the full reality.... Who Wants Yesterday's Frameworks?

Who Wants Yesterday's Frameworks? I had been called to Disney to talk with one of their executives about helping them with some organizational development programs. It seemed like a great opportunity. The lobby of their Burbank facility, with pictures of cartoon characters on the walls, was perfect. Creating “The Happiest Place on Earth” was Walt Disney’s dream, but at this time, it seemed... Read more...

Integrative Presence: Are You Here Now? When working with teams of engineers, I enjoy asking if anyone has invented a successful time machine. Of course, they always say no. Then I ask, “So you are certain that no one can travel to the past and the future?” They laugh and agree. Therefore, there is no reality outside of the present moment. The future is a speculation, and the past is ... Read more...

Flowing Thought
Thursday, 17 June 2010
Flowing Thought There is an intelligence that flows through everything like a multidimensional river. It has been called many things, but it is essentially the flow of cause and effect. Unfortunately, as I said in an earlier newsletter, it is obstructed by old and comparative thought. Slow these thoughts down and this intelligence will shine through the spaces between them, in glimpses that... Read more...

The Trap of Comparative Thought
Thursday, 17 June 2010
The Trap of Comparative Thought In an earlier newsletter, I described the danger of Old Thought. The next level of thought is comparative thought. “Comparative Thought” is the rethinking of old thoughts to create new frameworks, which are more complex, but still a rearrangement of old thoughts, often ending in circular thought. Because comparative thought tends to become complex, a high I.Q.... Read more...

Twilight Club In 1870 the “Twilight Club” was founded by Herbert Spencer and Ralph Waldo Emerson and was active up to 1921 when it was renamed “Society of Arts and Science” organized by Walter Russell, Edwin Markham and Thomas J. Watson (Founder of IBM). It continued to stimulate leaders until 1935 when it lost momentum. Noted members of this organization who participated in global... Read more...
Letting Go of the Past

Newsletter: Letting Go of the Past When I was working with a fashion design company in the 1980's the CEO explained to me that though the Chief Operating Officer was very effective at his work, he had alienated the rest of the team. He often falsely accused people of sabotaging his operation and other similar things. His job was on the line and the CEO asked me if I could work with him. When I... Read more...
